Our practice of the Dharma is vital during these times of uncertainty and suffering. It’s essential to resource and support ourselves and one another through our practice of metta, mindfulness and compassionate connection.
To help us do this, we’ve created an online programme which is published below at the start of each week and posted on our social media channels. We are sharing videos, talks, online live sessions, and pictures, to keep us all inspired and connected through this difficult time.
We as a community are still living and working together, and the office is open as usual. If you’ve got any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Contact us

Our Weekly Online Programme
It has been incredible to have ran the online programme for the last 20 weeks! Thank you so much to everyone for taking part, it's been so lovely seeing you all.
We're taking a short break to review what will be on offer. We will post an update about what we will be offering online shortly.
Get in touch if you have any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org
Dhanakosa runs on donations, allowing people to come on retreat whatever their financial circumstance. The centre is currently closed in response to the covid-19 outbreak which means we have lost 90% of our income.
When travel restrictions are lifted, we are confident that we will be here for you, whatever your financial circumstances. If you do have financial resources you can share with us, that will help us share what we have with those who do not.
Please help support Dhanakosa by giving what you can.
