Pasadini’s (they/them) main focus in practice is working with shadow energies, and they encourage curiosity in meeting all that arises in experience through deeper connection with our heart and energetic being. Wabi sabi is an aesthetic, which finds beauty and truth in our simple, ordinary experience. It originated in Japan in the 16th century when the term ‘wabi’ referred to poverty, ‘sabi’ to loneliness. At that time, while hermits were living this poor and lonely life, a cultural shift happened and this simplicity of living took the place of luxury as the highest aesthetic.
What does it mean to face your life fully? Where do you find the courage to turn towards yourself, your live, your mistakes, your fullness and also towards others? What if you could drop your agenda and accept the natural flow of your life?
When you deeply inhabit the space of your body you can begin to walk through your life more easefully, freely and more joyfully. And you give yourself the chance to live your live more authentically, more honestly, and with true sincerity of heart.
Covid-19 update: Sadly this retreat has been cancelled due to Covid-19 Tier 4 restrictions across Scotland. There is an alternative yoga and meditation long weekend running online. For more information click here.

Become more intimate with your heart/mind. We follow the direct advice of the Buddha how to practise drawing closer to our experience. This took him to the liberation of insight and he assures us if we practise with sincerity and an open heart, we can find that freedom too.
Practising together we find the support to witness and engage with ourselves with love and kindness. Join us!
