Manjudeva is fully qualified with the
British Focusing Teachers Association (BFTA) and the
Focusing Institute in New York to teach Focusing to individuals and groups. He has trained with Ann Weiser Cornell in "Inner Relationship Focusing" in the USA and Peter Afford in the UK. He has over 10 years experience of teaching awareness and meditation skills to groups and individuals and has been practicing them for over 13 years himself.

Jutika was ordained in 1998 and has been weaving her passions with her practice of Buddhism over the last twenty years. She has a strong love of ritual, art, dance and bodywork.
She is a focusing teacher and practitioner and has been co-leading retreats at Dhanakosa since 2008. She loves the landscape and the open friendly atmosphere of Dhanakosa.
After living in Manchester most of her adult life she has moved back to Ireland and lives on the wild Beara Peninsula.
Srisambhava learnt Buddhist meditation in 1986 while working for a community health project in London. She was ordained in 1993 and worked full-time at the London Buddhist Centre teaching meditation and Dharma classes.
In 2002 Srisambhava left London, via India and New Zealand, for the hills of North Wales where she currently lives with her partner. Alongside co-leading meditation and Dharma retreats, she has been exploring the gentle, body based process of Focusing.
