
Introductory
Retreat is a time to explore our selves, and our lives, in a new way. All introductory retreats combine the practice of meditation with other activities, to provide supportive conditions for this exploration, and a deepening of our connections with our selves and others.
All retreats include meditation instruction, periods of silence, and introduction to the Buddhist tradition including elements of Buddhist ritual. No previous experience is necessary, and they are open to all.
